Producing emails for Mercedes-Benz for CRM and Retail involving developing a modular process in Litmus. Other client work included Esso working within Acoustic and Virgin Media O2.

Employed to design and onboard email modular templates and further develop the Mercedes-Benz CMS system 'Parifly' for the UK Retail Dealerships. My role was further extended working with the CRM Team, building email templates that work with the Mercedes-Benz Online Showroom along with customer email newsletters to give a complete customer journey.
